Our Story

Creating opportunity since 1991

The Alisons School is a 30-year-old institution established on 24 July 1991 as the flagship project of Alisons Foundation. Set up in the vicinity of Pragathipura and Umarbagh — then among the largest settlements of Banashankari, Bangalore — the school has provided free and fully subsidized schooling from Kindergarten to Grade 10 to the vulnerable and underprivileged children of the area.

The Alisons School is the flagship project of Alisons Foundation® — a Not-for-Profit, Non-Government Organisation (NGO), earlier known as Alisons Educational Trust.

Founded on 24 July 1991 to realise the ideals and vision of its founding members, Alisons Foundation has, since inception, rendered yeoman service to society across Education, Health Care and Social Welfare.
